Bunker Hill Media Shooting Video Content with Clients in Cambridge

This was one of those projects that reminds you why you get into this work in the first place. From the very first call, the team at Lumeris was thoughtful, organized, and clear on what they were looking to build. They came in with a strong vision for the content, which always leads to the best results. They trusted us to help bring that vision to life through a full suite of video content, and we’re excited to share what we created together.

Video Produced for Lumeris

Challenge x Lumeris:

The primary challenge of this project was scale.

Lumeris needed a full suite of video content, not just a single deliverable. That meant producing a large number of assets that all needed to feel cohesive, consistent, and aligned with the brand.

This included a 60-second hero video, multiple 30- and 15-second cutdowns, and a series of employee interviews that could stand on their own or be repurposed into future content.

In total, the project required the creation of over 50 unique video assets, each delivered in multiple formats and aspect ratios.

That level of output requires a very specific approach to interview video production.

We needed to:

  • Capture strong, natural interviews across multiple subjects

  • Maintain consistent lighting and framing across shoot days

  • Build a workflow that allowed for efficient production without sacrificing quality

  • Ensure all content could be adapted for different platforms, including vertical, square, and horizontal formats

This is where having a clear production system becomes critical.

Video Production x Lumeris:

The project took place over multiple shoot days across Cambridge and the greater Boston area, with a focus on capturing authentic employee interviews alongside supporting b-roll footage.

The goal was to create a flexible set of assets that could be used across a wide range of platforms, from a flagship brand video to shorter cutdowns and standalone interview content.

As with most of our Boston video production work, the focus was on building a controlled, repeatable setup that allowed us to capture high-quality interviews efficiently while maintaining consistency across every asset.
